Five star ski service at Queenstown resort

Queenstown’s five-star Millbrook Resort will offer the services of one of the resort town’s top ski rental suppliers to keen snowsports lovers this winter.

As early winter snow coats the slopes of nearby ski areas, hotel guests can book their winter snow holiday confident in the service that will be on offer at Millbrook.


Guests and Arrowtown locals can order all the gear they need to hit the slopes by visiting the Outside Sports customer service desk at Millbrook seven days a week.

The desk will be set up in the Pro Shop next to reception, and between 3.30pm and 6pm an Outside Sports ski technician will be on hand to help with hiring skis and snowboards, boot fittings, poles, helmets and clothing.

Gear will be ready for pick up from 7.30am the following morning, and guests can even have everything delivered to their rooms, all at normal ski or snowboard hire rates.

This ultimate door to door service is often requested by repeat guests, and at the end of their stay they simply leave the gear for collection.

“Not only will they help us provide our guests with the very best ski fitting and products available, but they’ll also assist us with our winter merchandising and activities.


“Additionally, anything we can do to make our guests experience better and to allow them to spend time on the ski slopes instead of driving to town is important.”
