Jetstar celebrated the launch of its Auckland to Sydney and the Gold Coast flights this week, with direct daily services which will potentially reel in an added 128,000 visitors into NZ each year.
The carrier’s Airbus A320 fleet will now operate two daily international services from Auckland to the Gold Coast and Sydney, with extended one-way JetSaver Light fares from NZD159/AUD169.
From June, the carrier will continue its expansion of NZ services, with the launch of up to 84 weekly return domestic flights between Christchurch, Auckland, Wellington and Queenstown.
In conjunction with the domestic services, Jetstar will launch Self-Service Kiosks at Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington Airports and Web Check-in on Jetstar.com.
