Aegean Airlines joins Star Alliance

The largest airline in Greece, Aegean Airlines, joined the Star Alliance yesterday as the group’s 28th member. The airline is working towards code-shares with several Star members (including Thai International and Singapore Airlines) to help it speed passengers between Greece and major overseas markets like Australia.
